Adaptive Employee Experience
Deep Linking
We are excited to announce the release of Deep Linking in the Adaptive Setup page, providing administrators with a streamlined way to access functionality in the Classic product while working in Adaptive. This feature introduces a temporary solution to enhance your workflow as we work toward embedding all linked functionality directly within the Adaptive experience.
What’s New?
- New Options in Adaptive Setup:
Administrators will notice new functionality options appearing on the Adaptive Setup page. These options are labeled with a clear Deep Link indicator to distinguish them from native Adaptive features. Note: a corresponding role does not need to be set up on the Self-Service Roles screen. - How Deep Links Work:
When a deep link is clicked in Adaptive, a new browser tab will open, directing the user to the corresponding feature or functionality in the Classic product. These links provide immediate access to Classic functionality while we continue to build these capabilities directly into Adaptive.

System Status Page Update
The legacy system status page has been updated to display an embedded view of the new System Status Page. The direct System Status page link that has been provided in the past is still functional; this is just another way to view and navigate to this page.
This page is located at Library > System Status in isolved People Heroes University. This is now available for certain users and will be available to Client Users with the release on 12/20.
