We have been using isolved since the beginning of 2017. It has everything (snl pun). Not only does it have comprehensive payroll with either POS integration or spreadsheet upload, it also has other features for all my HR and very important hiring needs.

isolved is a system that was brand new to me. I had never worked done payroll. With that being said, what I like best about isolved is the excellent customer service they provide! I can call any time during the day and get someone to help me. They are always lovely and knowledgable. Janet Froman assisted me today. She was great! It is the best customer service team I have worked with compared to other vendors I use for my company.

I love how customizable the system is and how easily you can build the system to match your business needs.
We use isolved for all of our payroll needs. They help us with anything payroll related: bonuses, child support, insurance, 401(k), quarterly and yearly federal/state reports, and W2s. They submit all government reports too, and they give our employees direct access to their account, where they can see digital pay-stubs, update info, and receive digital W2s all online.

I enjoy the timekeeping and payroll parts of this software. I enjoy the ease of use from a manager standpoint and the ability to keep up with time accurately and quickly adjust errors of timecards. The payroll function is great, as we still have overall control but isolved manages the major processing components of the processing.
