Who is my company HR administrator?
Employers (the company you work for) typically have a human resources department to manage employee concerns such as hiring, payroll and benefits administration. In this instance, your HR administrator would be a person who works at your company.
Sometimes, an employer will outsource certain roles to a human resource firm who will handle certain services on the employers behalf. In this instance, your HR administrator will be a person who works with that contracted HR services firm.
Can isolved access my employee records?
No. Only your employer is able to access your employee records.
isolved is what is known as a human capital management (HCM) software company. We provide professional services and HR software to companies both small and large. Our software is available directly from isolved to your employer, or indirectly to your employer from one of many networked professional service providers across the United States.
Where do I log into isolved People Cloud?
Your HR team should have provided you with the direct link to access your isolved People Cloud account. You can try to login with your credentials at https://identity.myisolved.com.
If you are unable to login at the main isolved People Cloud login or cannot find the link you were provided, please contact your company's HR administrator for additional assistance.
How do I create my isolved account?
Your HR team should have provided you with your login information during the onboarding process. If they told you to create an account on your own, you can create a new account at https://identity.myisolved.com by selecting “Register a New Account.”

How do I find my username and password?
Your username and password should have been provided during your onboarding.
Most commonly, your username will be your work email address, but if you continue to have trouble, please contact your company's HR administrator for additional assistance.
I forgot my username. How can I recover it?
Your username is most commonly your work email address. You can try to login using that at https://identity.myisolved.com.

I can’t remember my password. How can I recover it?
Visit https://identity.myisolved.com and click “Forgot My Password.” Follow the prompts to reset your password.

I am locked out of my account. How do I unlock it?
Please contact your company's HR administrator to unlock your account.
Why is isolved not working?
Please contact your company's HR administrator to let them know isolved People Cloud isn’t working and request additional assistance.
I didn’t receive my direct deposit. Who do I talk to?
You can confirm your direct deposit information and verify the account and routing number by logging into isolved People Cloud at https://identity.myisolved.com. Once you login, you can view and change your direct deposit information by navigating to Pay and Tax > Direct Deposit.
If your direct deposit setup is correct, you can also view your current and preview paycheck stubs by navigating to Pay and Tax > Pay History.
If all of your information is correct, please contact your company's HR administrator for additional assistance.
Where can I access or download a copy of my W-2?
Please log into isolved People Cloud at https://identity.myisolved.com. Once you login, you can view and download your W-2 by navigating to Pay and Tax > Year-end Tax Forms.

How do I add, change or delete a PTO request?
Please log into isolved People Cloud at https://identity.myisolved.com. Once you login, you can request time off, view balances, change or delete PTO by navigating to Time and Attendance > Time Off.
