With HR resources stretched thin, Yankee and the company’s controller sought to find a human capital management (HCM) provider that could accommodate payroll and personnel in the same system. With approval from their president and vice president, the company ultimately chose isolved for payroll, 401(k), FMLA management and HR support.
Aside from better communication, Yankee appreciates the peace of mind when it comes to compliance. “Compliance is a major area,” said Yankee.
