How it Works
The Affordable Care Act brought a whole new set of challenges for employers. Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) are now required to generate, distribute, and file forms for applicable employees.
ALEs are required to file returns with the IRS every year that document their compliance with IRS sections 6055 (if self-insured) and 6066. With ACA Print & File, the data you provide is used to produce hard copy 1094 and 1095 forms. We will also E-file those forms with the IRS on your behalf.
