Leveraging isolved to Streamline HR Processes and Support Growth

Managing payroll, time, attendance and overtime policies in California can be particularly complex and time-consuming for HR teams. Mishandling these tasks can result in significant penalties for employers. Shared Imaging, a provider of diagnostic imaging services, encountered these challenges with 320 employees. Shared Imaging partners with hospitals, health systems and physician groups nationwide to provide a range of medical imaging services, such as MRI, PET CT, ultrasound and mammography. With over 300 team members, managing overtime policies became increasingly complex.
