“We’re a very small company, and we don't have a lot of time for training, so having a platform that's super easy for the employees to use—whether they're clocking in and out, looking at their W-2s, getting their performance reviews, or having managers do the performance reviews—is so easy. There's minimal training that we need to give to the employees.”
With help from isolved HR Services and People Cloud, Savannah Logistics Group created new job descriptions and implemented a structured performance review process, eliminating the need for paper evaluations. Porter shared that the company can also easily leverage over 5,000 free, premium and social media job boards to post their open positions.
