Small Business Scales with Superior Customer Service and Reporting Solutions
Payroll, generating reports and managing the workforce are all a daily part of business for most companies. But when the wrong type of tasks start taking up a significant amount of time, it becomes critical for business leaders to look for ways to create efficiencies.
Take Adore Me as an example. This fast-growing, top-selling women’s apparel company was spending too much manual time processing payroll, recruiting and onboarding new talent. With Growth Comes Change
When Adore Me was founded in 2012, it was a small business with the dream of providing inclusive, sustainable and affordable lingerie to everyone. According to Michelle Hamilton, Head of Payroll and HR Operations, Adore Me was previously working with another HCM provider, Paylocity, right around the time that they began to experience tremendous growth. While Paylocity had the capability to generate multiple reports, the reports were difficult to navigate and as Hamilton described, “You couldn’t find the exact report you needed to create.” They quickly outgrew Paylocity and felt they needed to work with someone who “could grow with us” according to Hamilton. This is when they found isolved.
A Perfect Fit
When Adore Me came across isolved, they quickly realized the partnership would be a perfect fit. They began using isolved Payroll to save time and reduce errors when processing compensation each pay period.
On the talent and acquisition side of things, Adore Me leverages isolved’s Attract & Hire product for improving the recruitment process. They also use Onboard & Develop to automate tasks and ensure a smooth onboarding—and great first impression—for newly hired employees. Adore Me also has a goal to eventually add on Compensation Management to their isolved People Cloud™ platform, which will enable their HR team to remove more manual processes so their team can refocus time and energy into other projects. This will also enable them to become more strategic when it comes to compensation.
Hamilton notes that their organization has been extremely pleased with not only the robust solutions, but the outstanding customer service they’ve experienced from isolved.
“Customer support at isolved is excellent. I’ve worked with other companies, including Paylocity, where they will say, ‘we will get back to you’ and it will take them 2-3 days. That doesn’t happen at isolved. We get answers quickly,” says Hamilton.
When asked the main reason they would recommend isolved, Hamilton replied, “The reporting capabilities and customer support are the top two reasons.” Hamilton notes that she often has executives asking for reports that are needed right away. She can generate reports quickly and easily with isolved and get answers in a timely manner. According to Hamilton, “The last thing you want to do is take several days to get an answer and you never have to do that with isolved.”

What the Future Holds
With such success after switching to isolved, Hamilton shares her vision for the future. Eventually, she’d like to add more isolved HR products and services to their portfolio. Currently, annual reviews live in spreadsheets, so she hopes to implement Compensation Management and ditch the paper completely. She’d love to enhance employee experience and use Share & Perform to increase employee engagement. This would support the organization in retaining top employees by improving their experience, offering them rewards for their performance, making it easier to collaborate and establishing a positive work culture. There’s potential for expansion and even more growth, and Hamilton remains confident that isolved will always have the solution they need, when they need it.
