Sapient Insights recently released its 27th Annual HR Systems Survey to assist leaders in making the right call when it comes to HR technology investments. The firm leverages feedback from verified customers who offer honest reviews on the software and services they use every day. The survey represents over 25 million workers spread across 3,300 organizations, taking note of both the vendor and the customer experience.
In its report, the firm noted isolved’s satisfaction with vendors and customers alike. isolved ranked in the top five in user experience for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across nine unique product categories. Not only that but the mid-market also finds isolved easy to scale, as we earned the top in satisfaction for payroll, benefits, onboarding and time.
Great For SMBS…
Sapient Insights found “For the third year in a row, isolved is the top single solution in SMB payroll adoption... A deeper dive into respondents' comments continues to show that customer service, especially the high level of personalized service, is a large factor in why customers choose isolved.”
And for Mid-Markets…
“The top spot in user experience (UX) and vendor satisfaction (VS) ratings this year for the mid-market is isolved. The rating reflects the company's two-year effort to move up in the market.”
The bottom line: both customers and vendors, from small businesses to mid-market enterprises, rate isolved number one.
